In late 1990, Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe received an order of Husky-Stack 70’ well cars with Roller Bearing trucks from Gunderson, accommodating containers up to 48’ in the lower well position. The Husky-Stack® well car was first introduced in 1990 at the International Intermodal Expo in Atlanta, GA.
