UK POSTAGE: There are THREE postage options at checkout: 


The default is RoyalMail Tracked48 service - tracked, and reliably arrives in two days, occasionally three. We do have to charge a small postage fee as shown on listings (fee is less than true cost).

You can choose to change to a free post option at checkout which is Royal Mail48. Untracked - and untracked services are getting slower and slower - be prepared to wait a week or more.

Or if you are in a hurry, you can also opt for Tracked24 which is reliably next day, occasionally two days. We have to charge a slightly higher fee for this (though still less than actual cost).

We send out all orders received by 2.00pm same day (Mon-Fri).

Other countries: Postage shown is for this item only. If you add additional items in same transaction, postage is charged in full on largest item - plus small extra fee on additional items. Full details in postage tab, or load basket to see combined item postage - you can still abandon if unacceptable

Western Europe 7-14 days (Italy and Spain usually a few days longer!); Rest of the World 2-3 weeks

EU customers: You pay what you see - VAT is included - ebay pay it in your country and charge it to us. We also pay the new EU small packet customs charge of 3 Euros per item, introduced in July 2026, which, sadly has required us to raise prices to EU destinations on many items.

Brazilian customers must include CPF number or package will be returned to us by Brazilian customs

We despatch everything by next working day at worst - usually same working day if ordered by mid-afternoon (and always same day if ordered 1st class by 3.00).

UK orders despatched by 1st or 2nd class mail as you choose at payment
Larger packages sometimes by Royal Mail tracked or Parcelforce at our discretion

International orders mainly sent small packet airmail, or GLS for larger packages. 

Guideline times: Western Europe 1 week; Rest of Europe 1-2 weeks; Rest of World 2-3 weeks but airmail is a bit unpredictable and can often be better or worse than this!
UK: 2nd class free. 1st class available

Outside UK: Use post tab to find price for your country. NB: If buying more than one item from us in the same transaction, we only charge postage on the single largest item - a bargain if you buy lots together!
Please advise us by ebay message / email orders@signs-unique.co.uk if you want to return anything. We are generally happy to receive goods back in same condition they were received. If item is faulty in some way, we will pay return postage.
