This is a Vintage French Cafe de Flore Paris Revol Porcelain Souvenir Small Shallow Dish Ashtray / Tea Bag Holder.  Measuring 3 7/8" in diameter x 3/4" high.   The dish has a crisp white heavy porcelain, with hunter green writing, Cafe de Flore.   

Condition is very, very good.   No chips, cracks, stains or repairs.  Crisp white porcelain nice and clean.
