Return and Refund Policy

At USA Star Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Returns accepted for 30 days, customer provides return shipping, no restocking fee, no final sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us via message. Returns should be sent to the address provided upon return request. Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For international returns, the buyer is also responsible for any customs charges incurred.

If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about your specific item, please get in touch.

For the fastest service, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

We offer international returns at USA Star Fashion. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs charges unless the product was not as described.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll

be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us via message.
