Melokids was founded by two friends based in San Francisco, California. We both have toddlers and had difficulty in finding shoes for our little angels that would combine comfort, quality and design at a reasonable price point. Luckily for our kids, one of us has extensive experience in comfort shoes since the family has been involved in this industry for generations. We want to give the best to our kids, considering the significance of wearing the correct shoes; so we decided to manufacture and bring shoes that meet these high standards. MelokidShoes are made of genuine leather and premium materials, which are proven to allow for better breathability. They are designed with slight rise to protect the toes and have a wide toe box that enables them to have space to splay naturally. Children's shoes must provide a good arch support to help their stability. With flexible and breathable insoles, our shoes make this a priority. Ankles need to be well covered; our velcro straps and laced shoes offer necessary support while balancing comfort. Our shoes continue to be manufactured in Europe, with the same high quality and legacy behind them, now offered to the US market for the very first time!
