The extra-strong frame is built from steel box section that is then powder coated with a chip resistant finish for added durability. The tough but smooth-running pulley system uses braided steel cable sheathed in plastic for extra protection.

This advanced 4 Station gym not only features a dedicated stepper and leg press but also a leg extension station, a dip and padded leg raise station, a lat pulldown bar with rest, a multi-function chest exercise section, a curved sit up bench that included 2x 1.5kg dumbbells and storage for these, a cable for rowing and other exercises there is also a preacher pad to really target the biceps. This gym has been designed to be as versatile as possible, giving a wide range of exercise options in as compact as possible unit.

    This item is sent out on a next working day delivery service. this means that if you place your order before 12am Monday to Thursday then it will be delivered by 5pm the following day. If your order is placed after 12am on a Thursday it will be delivered on the following Monday, and if your order is placed after 12am on a Friday it will be delivered on the following Tuesday as we do not count weekends as working days. we also do not deliver on bank holidays or public holidays.

    Delivery is free to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland.

    Scottish Highlands and most UK Islands do require a delivery surcharge
