This model replica is painstakingly hand carved and then hand painted out of solid kiln dried mahogany wood(from renewable sources) by our highly experienced and talented craftsmen at our Filipino owned factory near the original Clark Air Base in Pampanga and takes about 9-10 weeks to manufacture. Production in our factory is supervised by our own resident British Pilot who ensures that exact blueprints are used for these meticulously detailed scale models custom manufactured and precisely engineered to your exact specifications and that will be cherished by all.

The model will be exactly as you see in the above and below images in terms of detailing (doors, windows, lights, control surface markings, antennas etc.) color and size so we would kindly ask you to study the images very carefully (if you require higher resolution images please ask) to make sure that the model as you see is the 100% the same version you require or expect. If there are changes that you require or mistakes or deference's in relation to the real aircraft before ordering, please message us and we will setup an alternative listing to match your own requirements. We request your understanding on this matter due to the fact that these handmade models are traveling in many cases halfway around the world and any misunderstandings or mistaken expectations must be addressed at this as point of time as we cannot be held responsible for the costs involved in returning and replacing the model. The model will be shipped with the stand you see in the images although you may request if you like to change to either 1, 6 or 7 as in the attached image examples (just message us if a change is required).

It is our aim to continue to be a "sustainable" manufacturer avoiding the use of man-made materials wherever possible such as plastics, resins or metal in an attempt to reduce our Carbon Footprint and to protect our environment for generations to come. Our models are "works of art" and not to be confused with mass made plastic kits or diecast (die cast) look-alikes. We are proud Filipino's exporting to all parts of the globe and creating employment opportunities in an impoverished part of our country.

100% handmade models naturally come at a higher price than off the shelf, plastic or diecast (die cast) models but it may interest you to know that an average regular size fixed wing or helicopter model takes on average a total of 26 dedicated Man Hours of work to produce. During this time the model transitions through over 40 different manufacturing stages and processes. The 26 hours are not consecutive and require in-between many days (and in some cases weeks) of drying and curing time as they pass from one department to another making the overall production time from an outsiders point of view appear rather lengthy. Given these facts the time period we quote for production alone is very standard for our type of industry and among our close competitors. If you are interested in what goes into making these models, there follows a summary process schedule and video. Each meticulously detailed scale model is custom manufactured and precisely engineered to your exact specifications. We will build you a model that will not only meet your expectations but will go far beyond and with detail that will amaze you!

Among these aircraft, the Boeing 767-300 plays a vital role in offering passengers comfort, efficiency, and an outstanding flying experience on international and transatlantic routes.

The Boeing 767-300: A Global Giant

The Boeing 767-300 is part of Boeing's 767 family, first introduced in the early 1980s. The model is widely regarded for its versatility and capability to serve both medium to long-haul international routes. It has an impressive range, generally ranging from 2,500 nautical miles to more than 3,000 nautical miles, depending on the specific variant and configuration. This range makes the Boeing 767-300 an ideal choice for airlines operating across the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, including Air Canada Rouge.

For Air Canada Rouge, the Boeing 767-300 is one of the preferred aircraft on routes linking Canada to Europe, the Caribbean, and other international destinations. With its spacious cabin, powerful engines, and high reliability, it’s no surprise that the 767-300 is a mainstay in the airline's fleet.

Air Canada Rouge’s Boeing 767-300 Configuration

Air Canada Rouge operates a fleet of Boeing 767-300 aircraft, which has been specially configured to cater to the needs of leisure travelers. The cabin layout is designed to provide a balance of comfort and efficiency, ensuring that passengers can enjoy long-haul journeys in both comfort and style.

The 767-300 in Air Canada Rouge's fleet typically features a two-class configuration with a mix of Premium Rouge (business class) and Economy Rouge.

Premium Rouge:

Air Canada Rouge’s Premium Rouge cabin provides a superior level of comfort and service for passengers looking for extra space, convenience, and amenities. The seating in Premium Rouge is wider with more legroom, offering passengers a premium travel experience, especially on long-haul flights. Passengers enjoy priority boarding, premium meal options, and extra baggage allowance. Additionally, Premium Rouge features recliner seats with adjustable headrests and ample personal space for working or resting.

Economy Rouge:

Economy Rouge offers a modern, efficient seating arrangement for the more budget-conscious traveler. Although the seats are narrower than Premium Rouge, they are designed for comfort during long flights. Economy passengers have access to in-flight entertainment, power outlets, and Wi-Fi, making it easier to stay connected while traveling. Complimentary snacks and drinks are offered, and passengers have the option to purchase more substantial meal items or beverages throughout their journey.

The Cabin Experience

One of the standout features of the Boeing 767-300, especially in the Air Canada Rouge configuration, is its cabin design. The aircraft is equipped with advanced lighting systems that create a pleasant ambiance for passengers throughout the flight. During long-haul routes, this adjustable lighting helps to reduce jet lag by simulating a natural light environment.

The seating in both Premium Rouge and Economy Rouge cabins is designed with comfort in mind. The interior layout focuses on maximizing space while maintaining a contemporary feel, ensuring that passengers have an enjoyable experience, whether they’re flying for business or leisure.

In terms of entertainment, the Boeing 767-300 comes with seatback screens in both cabins, allowing passengers to choose from a wide range of movies, TV shows, and music. Air Canada Rouge also offers an in-flight Wi-Fi service, enabling passengers to stay connected during their flight.

Efficiency and Performance

The Boeing 767-300 is known for its fuel efficiency, and Air Canada Rouge has taken advantage of this when operating long-haul flights. With twin-engine efficiency, the aircraft reduces overall fuel consumption, making it a more environmentally friendly choice compared to older quad-engine aircraft. Additionally, its proven reliability makes the Boeing 767-300 a favorite among airlines seeking to minimize operational downtime.

Air Canada Rouge’s 767-300 aircraft are well-maintained to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Thanks to the 767's optimized design, including winglets and an advanced engine system, the aircraft is capable of meeting the demands of both passengers and airline operators, with a high level of performance on long transatlantic flights.

Air Canada Rouge’s Boeing 767-300 fleet is typically deployed on international routes, serving destinations such as:

  • Toronto to London (Heathrow and Gatwick)
  • Montreal to Paris
  • Toronto to the Caribbean
