I cannot guarantee I have looked through every single page, but after a thorough examination I did not notice any rips, missing pages.  I noticed light pencil on the first page, see pic.

Paper shows wear one would expect for its age; please see photos before purchasing.

All of my items, regardless of format, are first wrapped in a plastic liner to protect against liquids, then wrapped in cushioning material (that is, if appropriate for the item) to protect against shocks, and finally placed in cardboard (or a cardboard box) to protect against punctures and sharp objects.
