Australian Orders

Most orders are delivered by Australia Post, Startrack or TNT using your choice of shipping options. All of our shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. 

Delivery times are determined by your method of shipping and are outside of our control. We do provide tracking information to keep you up to date. Many couriers will not deliver to a PO Box so please use a street address.

Shipping Disclaimer

We reserve the right to use an alternate reputable courier company at our discretion. The equivalent service option would be selected where possible.

We make every effort to keep adequate stock levels for all orders but accept no responsibility for delays caused by stock shortages. In the event of a stock shortage, we will notify you within 1-3 working days and advise the anticipated arrival of the goods. We will also offer a refund or substitute product if available.

We are unable to control shipping times or delays once the order has been shipped. We accept no accountability for delays caused by Australia Post or the substituted courier company, although we do make every effort to get the goods dispatched as quickly as possible. We are also not accountable for any loss or damage incurred relating to late deliveries.

If goods are delivered with an Authority To Leave, all risk and accountability for the delivery passes to the customer following delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address for delivery. We accept no responsibility for missing goods if an incorrect address has been provided.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of any full priced product(s), please contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a return or refund for the full purchase price of the goods.

Returns must be in as new condition, in original packaging with all tag and labels attached. We are unable to accept returns on used products, and any used goods sent to us for a return or exchange will be returned to you at your expense or discarded.

Please do try on items like you would in a shop, but do not wear them or remove tags or labels unless you wish to keep the goods.

We are also unable to offer exchanges, returns or refunds on International Orders unless the product is deemed to be faulty by Inside Out Safety. We do not accept responsibility for goods being returned that are lost in transit. InsideOutSafety.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
