DC Regulated Linear Power Supply Board A1943 High Current Low Noise Low Internal Resistance Voltage Adjustable Power Supply
This is a high-current DC voltage regulator circuit. The rectifier bridge reactor uses 25A high current, and LM317 and TL431 are used as voltage reference in the voltage regulator part. We also add radiator to LM317, and LM317 is combined with a large Toshiba tube A1943 as the expanded current output, and CLC filter decoupling circuit. Its characteristics are good linear output at large current, low ripple, stable voltage, bandwidth is also wider than LT1083CP, and the voltage is accurate to 0.01V.
Specifications:
By replacing the fine-tuning potentiometer, 3.3V-36V power output can be done, which is very suitable for notebook power, routers, NAS hard disk box DC version of the tube front stage and other linear power upgrades. When the load current is less than 1A, the rectifier bridge and output tube on the board can install a small radiator on the board.
When the load current exceeds 1A, large heat sinks need to be installed on the rectifier bridge and output tube. You are advised to fix them at the bottom of the chassis for heat dissipation. Remember that the power tube must be equipped with thermal conductive silicone and insulation sheets.
Input voltage requirements:
Generally, the pressure difference after the input voltage rectification should be 4~10V higher than the output voltage.
Calculation formula: Input AC*1.414- output DC= 4-10V, for example, to output 5V, then the AC should be about 9V to 10V, there are two points on the board is to measure the voltage out of the AC power supply rectifier can be measured to see the relationship between the output DC voltage and the transformer secondary AC voltage reference as follows:
Output: At 5VDC, the transformer selects 9VAC
Output: 9VDC, transformer select 10VAC
Output: At 12VDC, the transformer selects 13VAC
Output: At 15VDC, the transformer selects 18VAC
Output: 18VDC, transformer select 20VAC
Output: At 24VDC, the transformer selects 25VAC
Output: 30VDC, transformer select 30VAC
Output: When 36VDC, the transformer chooses 35VAC
