Seasonal Trimming & Defoliation Notice
These roses are currently seasonally trimmed and intentionally defoliated as part of normal winter preparation. Plants may ship with no leaves or visible new growth, which is expected and beneficial during this stage. Please only purchase if you are comfortable receiving a seasonally trimmed, intentionally defoliated, semi-dormant rose that may not show new growth until conditions warm.

✨ Care Note
Roses should not be fertilized while in a resting stage. If your rose flushes new leaves in winter under warm, bright conditions, you may begin a light balanced fertilizer program to support that growth. Otherwise, wait until spring when steady new growth appears before resuming regular feeding.
Growth Timing Notice
Because they are in a seasonal semi-dormant state, visible new growth may not begin until daylight increases and temperatures warm. This is normal for young own-root roses, which prioritize root energy and establishment first, then push new foliage, often late winter into spring depending on climate.
⚠️ Cane Size Notice — Please Read Before Buying
These roses are grown on their own roots (not grafted) and are propagated in batches. Because of this, cane thickness varies depending on the original cutting size. Both forms are healthy and correct for young roses:
• Fine canes — approx. 3 mm / 1/8" (wooden skewer size); flexible and developing, will thicken naturally
• Thicker canes — approx. 6–7 mm / 1/4" (pencil size); already beginning to harden and bulk up
👉 Both are normal for own-root roses and will thicken as the plant matures. Cane thickness reflects propagation stage — not plant health.
Plants typically ship at 3–8 inches tall, with flexible, developing cane/canes ready to push fresh growth once settled.

📬 USPS Priority Mail is advertised as 1–3 days, but transit often runs 7–10 days due to USPS delays.

Care Instructions
To reduce paper waste and keep plant prices affordable, care instructions are sent digitally through eBay Messages within 24–48 hours after purchase.
If you prefer a printed copy to be included in the box (for gifting or personal reference), please leave a note at checkout or send us a quick message after ordering.

Shipping in extreme weather is at the buyer’s risk.

Plants may be shipped trimmed to encourage healthier growth, reduce shipping stress, and prevent breakage.
💵 Refunds & Returns
• 📷 Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos if plant is declined.
• 🚫 Buyer covers return shipping for recoverable stress, buyer error, heat/cold damage, or failure to contact within 24 hours.
• 📦 If applicable, returns must be shipped back in the original box with nursery tag, securely packed, and recently watered.
📮 Missing or Delayed Packages
We automatically file a Missing Mail ticket after 7 days from the shipping date, in accordance with USPS policy.
If your package arrives declined or damaged, please send us clear pictures within 24 hours so we can better assist.
