14 - 16.5 adjustable length (14” + 2.5” extender) x 3/4” width

Good preowned vintage condition as pictured. Slight fading/wear to gold tone finish commensurate with well maintained age/use.

I would rate the rhinestones 8.5/10. All rhinestone in tact. The majority are very clear. Approx 3-4 of the larger stones have very faint cloudiness toward the corners (you really have to look close to see it). No chips, cracks, etc.
