BeyoGold™ 96-Well Culture Plate with a Round Bottom and Lid belongs to the Beyotime gold-standard high-quality consumables. It is sterile, individually sealed, and untreated with tissue culture, and can be used for suspension cell culture or common solution-based assays. It can also be coated with 3D Cell Culture Plate Coating Solution and then used for 3D cell culture.

The main features of this product are as follows:
1. This culture plate has round wells with U-shaped bottom and an external dimension (including the lid) of approximately 127.7×85.5×16.3mm. Each well has an inner diameter of approximately 6.86mm at the top and an inner diameter of approximately 6.35mm at the bottom. The depth of each well is approximately 11.3mm, and the maximum working volume of each well is approximately 330µl.
2. The plate is made of high-quality polystyrene (PS), automatically manufactured with ultra-precision molds, and sealed individually in blister boxes.
3. This product is disposable, with inner surface untreated with tissue culture. Users can treat the inner surface as required.
4. The ergonomic design of this product makes it easy to operate. The design of non-slip sides makes it easy to hold, which reduces the contact area and minimizes the contamination possibilities.
5. The cell plate has flat and smooth bottom with uniform thickness. Its optical performance is excellent and there is no scratches and optical distortion when samples are observed under a high magnification microscope.
6. The letter or number coordinates at the bottom of each well of this culture plate are clearly marked for easy differentiation and identification.
7. The plate is designed with a beveled side on the upper left side to ensure the plate cover can only be placed in one direction. The plate cover has moderate tightness to the plate, with a condensation ring, allowing for ventilation while effectively preventing contamination and evaporation of the solution in plate.
8. This culture plate can be stacked to save lab space. It is compatible with most microplate readers.
9. This product is manufactured in ISO 8 classified cleanroom conditions, sterilized by gamma radiation, free of DNase, RNase, pyrogen, and endotoxin.

The maximum working volume of this culture plate is approximately 330µl per well, but the recommended working volume is 75-200µl.

This product is recommended for single use only. PS material is not recommended to be autoclaved although it is resistant to high temperatures to a certain degree.
