Return & Exchange:

1. Return or exchange period is 14 days after delivery for most of the items listed in our store.
2. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
4. The item must be returned/shipped back in its original condition and packaging.
5. The buyer will be responsible for any loss in value of the item when it's returned.

Cancellations:

1. Cancellations are accepted only within 2 hours of placing the order.
2. If the period of 2 hours passes and you still want to cancel your order, then there will be a certain percentage of cancellation charge because cancellation of any order in mid-production has a cost.
