➡️ All plates offered through the ME store and eBay user "me" are over 3 years old and comply with all EBAY guidelines, restrictions and selling policies. All plates are authentic, expired issues, and are sold as collectibles. 

➡️ Some offered plates (or sets of plates) may be legal for YOM use in your jurisdiction. Responsibility for legal usage of any plates sold by "me" is that of the buyer - please check with your DMV for availability and legal guidelines. NO refunds for plates not usable for YOM. Check first.

➡️ I will be glad to combine shipping within a three day span - for my plate buds overseas and in Canada, I'll be sure to get you the best shipping rate available, but I don't ship via Parcel, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any cheapie/media rates. First Class, Ground Select or Priority Mail only.

➡️ My single plates are shipped via First Class, Ground Select, or Priority / flat rate priority mail sleeve (depending on order size/overall value/weight) inside a triple fold of long-grain corrugated cardboard for stiffening.  Tracking is always included with Priority Mail and heavier rate FC.

➡️ No returns unless there was an error in the listing. Check the photos!

➡️ For overseas buyers, I do not falsify customs forms. Please take this into consideration. If you need an item by a certain date, use common sense - shipping is at the mercy of the USPS, and there are often deiays and poor tracking.  Leave at least two weeks to assure a timely arrival date (in the continental US).

➡️ Small items (like stickers, tabs, etc) will be shipped via First Class letter rate, with no tracking. If you would like tracking, please include an extra $3.00.

➡️ Refunds for USPS damaged items and return shipping will be available for all insured parcels.

➡️ SHIPPING COSTS TO CANADA are dictated by the U.S. Postal Service. First Class shipping must go First Class parcel - envelope/letter First Class to Canada is a no-no. It is required that the package be non-rigid (i.e. BENDABLE). I won't use this rate, as it's pretty much falsifying shipping information.

➡️ DISCOUNTS or BEST OFFERS on LISTED BIN Items - I run sales on a regular basis, please subscribe/follow my listings or store for updates. I often will go through my entire listed stock, and knock back prices. IMPORTANT - those who send repetitive messages with lowball and/or ridiculous prices, will not receive a response, and if it persists, I'll be forced to add your username to the blocked bidder list.  

➡️ ALSO - DON'T send messages to me asking to deal outside of eBay.  eBay watches all messages, and I'm not interested in risking my account - I won't respond to any messages of this type. 

➡️ I don't hold plates - it's an extra level of transaction that eBay doesn't work with, sorry.
