If you are planning off-grid camping, Cirex DC-DC charger will be your perfect companion for a dual battery setup when you cannot access the main power. Compared with traditional DC to DC chargers, Cirex battery chargers are suitable for AGM, Gel, calcium, Li-ion, VRLA and flooded battery is compatible with a smart alternator, which is prevalent in modern vehicles, trailers and caravans, to adjust voltage cut off. In addition to pulling power from the alternator to charge the auxiliary battery, it also has a built-in MPPT regulator to maximize energy absorption, thus reducing the load on your engine. Cirex charger also features a pulse charging algorithm designed to recover your discharged battery. And over-charge, short circuit, over-temperature, thermal load, solar input overload and input/output reverse polarity protection have been integrated to offer an extra layer of protection.
