Female DC Adaptor:
This adapter allows you to connect a barrel jack connector to bare wires. One end has screw terminals and the other has a 5.5 x 2.1mm, centre-positive female barrel jack. If you have a power supply with a barrel jack and want to plug it into a breadboard, this might be the simple solution.
 

Male DC Adaptor:

This adapter allows you to connect a barrel jack connector to bare wires. One end has screw terminals and the other has a 5.5x2.1mm, centre-positive male barrel jack. You can connect bare wires to a barrel jack on an Arduino, development board etc.
