Most of the replica-type-cards inside these magazines seem to be in good condition as far as I can tell (some creased where noted). I see that people hand cut them out and have them PSA graded and get pretty high prices! 

Dec, 1987 Baseball Cards Magazine (Puckett on cover) has three 1981 Fleer-style cards inside that look to be in nice condition (Dale Murphy, Tim Raines, McGwire/Davis)

Aug. 1988 BBCM (Bobby Bonilla cover) has three 1941 Playball-style cards inside that look to be in nice condition (Roger Clemens, Kirk Gibson & Jack Clark)

April 1989 BBCM (Mattingly on cover) has six 1959-style cards inside that have wrinkles/creases (Boggs, Schmidt, Molitor, etc)

Apr. 1986 BBCM (Vince Coleman on cover) with two Coleman cards inside (one has wrinkle)

Sept. 1990 BBCM (Yount on cover) has six 1969-style future stars cards inside that look to be in nice condition (Sosa, Ventura, Gonzalez, etc)

Nov. 1989 Baseball Card Price Guide Magazine (Howard Johnson on cover) has five 1964-style cards inside that look to be in nice condition (the area below Mattingly card has wrinkle - the wide area border, not the card) Don Mattingly, Gary Sheffield, etc.
