I purchased this at an estate sale in Palm Springs, Ca.  It is in the packaging, so I am not sure if it has ever been opened  & re-sealed, or if it has never been opened.  Many of the shoes & socks are loose in package, which could be because the string tying them down has dissinegrated & come loose. No idea.

It still has original pamplets or ads in package.  

it's manufactured by Mattel & it's called "Best Foot Forward" #1801.
