• To expand our market within Uganda and around the world through the multiplication of Endiro Coffee café locations, the growth of Endiro Coffee product sales through retail outlets such as supermarkets, and the development of domestic and global green and roasted whole bean coffee supply

• To engage the peoples and communities wherever we source, process, or sell coffee in holistically transformative ways by initiating and supporting strategic and contextualized development efforts; forming and nurturing hope-building and community-enriching gatherings and groups; and leveraging innovative business concepts and key partnerships to build sustainable “highways of empowerment” for the local community’s most vulnerable people to find their way to liberty, dignity, and wholeness through mentoring, employment and education.
