This sample comes from DJ Plush Toys, which has manufactured and sampled plush for various known brands. I believe this manufacturer may have produced some released Valve items as well, as some of their tags say that they were made in Dongguan, which is where DJ's factory is. Some level of involvement from Valve is confirmed as another copy of the Pyro has been seen at their headquarters.

Does not have a hangtag to provide info, but the Heavy plush sampled alongside it does. These plush were sampled in 2010, and the buyer listed is "The IP Factory" (which I believe is Gaming Heads). There is a simple tush tag that identifies it as a sample and that it was made in china. On the back of the plush is a zipper, but I recommend to not mess with it. It is difficult to zip and unzip and seems fragile, along with being in a hard to reach spot. I believe the zipper pocket would have been used to store a sound box if this plush was finished.

The plush is not in the best condition due to its materials and improper storage. This plush and the Heavy are not as good quality or condition compared to the Spy. The plush has a noticeable odor. The high usage of felt makes the plush very susceptible to collecting lint. I would recommend keeping the plush inside of a glass or plastic case.
