This is for 2 bulbs. This fitment of bulbs is a common fitment on trucks. 

These can be found all over your truck in places such as your side lights, number plate lights or reading lights.

Fitment:

These can be used to replace ether a 5w 149 bulb or a 10w 246.  R5W BA15S 1156 P21W (P21W(382) and R5W (207) bulb interface size is actually the same, the difference is their halogen bulb wattage is different, for LED, the power is far lower than the original halogen bulb, and does not affect the use, so they are universal)

CAN-bus Attention

Please note that these bulbs due to them being LED may put an error on your dash board saying thee is a bulb out. This is because they use such little power compared to a normal bulbs. You may simply add a set of load resistors to avoid those issues.
