A declaration calling for the seating of Communist China in the United Nations, a ban on nuclear weapons and the surrender of Formosa to the Chinese Reds was signed Wednesday night by Jawaharlal Nehru (left), prime minister of India, and Nikolai Bulganin (right), Russian premier, in a ceremony at Moscow. Officials of India and Russia stood behind them. Photo measures 10 x 5.5 inches. Photo is dated 06-23-1955.
