PAPER CUT SILHOUETTE  - A black paper cut silhouette laid down on thin rice paper - Hand signed in lower right "Hunt Diederich." Measurements 5.5" x 10" - Perfectly preserved with NO lifting of the image from the rice paper backing. UNFRAMED. Needs to be matted. On the reverse in lower corner it is numbered "Apr 83 # 32." These numbers might have been gallery numbers? This item is certainly and guaranteed to be AUTHENTIC from circa 1920s.

An excellent example that clearly and dynamically illustrated Hunt's genius for design!

There is a very light upper right stain (see scan - that shows it being darker than it actually is). The second scan is the reverse side of the item.

Condition is excellent.
