Necklace has 4 layers:

The first with chunks of turquoise, which, (to my knowledge) are real (as they are very scratch resistant). But I cannot confirm

The second layer consists of beads strung together, they are cut to have a number of facets

The third layer consists of short metal tubes with rhombus-shaped metal charms hanging between them

The fourth layer consists of a number of lengths of silver-toned metal, they have what appear to be flowers engraved into them on each end, on the end of each length is a replica of a French coin, just to be clear these are NOT real francs
