It efficiently steps up and down from 110V/120V to 220V/240V, making it suitable for a wide range of appliances up to a maximum compatible wattage (which is kindly noted to not exceed 70W). 

Included in the package are two units: one for converting from 110V to 220V and another for the reverse, allowing for versatile usage. 

Please note that the converter is designed for indoor use and should not be exposed to water or other environmental hazards.
