24.75" Scale Indian Ebony MOP Trapezoid Inlays 22 Fret Unfinished Fretboard

approx 1/4" thick 6.6mm

The inlays are embedded deep enough with resin that you won't sand through them.  It's thicker than you will sand.

Made for a 42mm nut approx 56mm at the 21st fret. The rough fretboard will be a little larger than spec so it can be sanded or scraped to a perfect size after it is glued up.

Your neck heel may not be the same width as the fretboard heel. It should taper. Dont use your neck heel as a measurement.

The width of a 42mm nut guitar should be the same at the 21st fret from guitar to guitar. If you change the width at the 21st fret then the pitch will change and the string spacing will look odd.

This allows you to still build your own instrument but alleviates the need for expensive tools and jigs to get a precise finish.

The radius is not done yet because it should be glued up first.

Ask questions before you purchase anything if you don't know. I have sold and used hundreds and hundreds of fretboards. This comes second nature to me.

Your skill depends on the outcome.  Learn the correct process first to save headaches later. There are way too many common mistakes that will cost you time and money.
