Booklet is in descent condition for being 95 years old. It has all of the 72 pages. All of the pages and covers are dis-colored or stained. A couple of the pages have small tears at the bottom. There is writing in pencil on at least 5 of the pages and the front and back cover. The cover is tearing away from the pages by the staples. Booklet measures 5.5"x 8.5".
