This Plate And Cap Are Made From Fuel Resistant Plastic But It Does Not Have An Air Tight Seal So Is Ideally Suited For Water.

The Plate Has 12 Bolts To Secure It And The Cap Is A Twist Type And Has A Built In Breather.
