In my video I use a NES but many retro consoles can be used with this. If you see my other videos I used this device to do most of them through this to hdmi. You can connect multiple consoles to this one box and convert all through 1 hdmi. For example you could connect a PS2 with component cables to this and also a SNES or NES with composite cables and an N64 with an s video cable. All 3 would be connected via this box to 1 HDMI port on your TV. If you need more component or composite slots you could add a splitter box and connect many consoles through that to this box. Please note it does not have scart so you need to have the correct cables that this box has connectors for. Which are composite, component, S video
