The device itself is in fair cosmetic condition.  Scratching on front and back of device from wear and tear.

I am selling this device as not working due to the following issues:

The battery does not hold a charge very long.

Unable to sync music onto the device using iTunes.

Please note the device uses firewire for syncing and would only be able to be synced on a Mac with a very old OS to my best knowledge.  That is if you are able to get it working.
