1. We only sell authentic merchandise and do not acquire items from third parties. We do not sell counterfeit, fake, or knockoff items. If you have any doubts about the authenticity of the item you are interested in, please refrain from making the purchase.

2. Leather goods may have imperfections such as blemishes, indentations, scratches, discoloration, bumps, and creases. Some of these imperfections may be tiny and not visible to the naked eye, while others may be noticeable. We inspect every item when we receive it unless it is sealed by the manufacturer. If there is a minor imperfection that is noticeable from less than 3 feet away or at a specific light angle, it is considered acceptable. 

3. Foil accents on leather, especially pebbled leather, are not meant to be permanent. The foil may come off from raised areas and remain in recessed areas. The "flaking" or "shadowy" effect could occur during the manufacturing process and may be visible on brand-new items; this is not a defect.

4. Soft bags are shipped folded by the manufacturers; it may take some time for a bag to regain its original shape. Placing something soft, such as folded clothes, inside the bag will expedite the process. Unstructured bags, such as reversible totes, do not maintain their shape.

5. All items come with the original manufacturer's warranty. Unless sealed, we check every functional item, such as zippers, snaps, locks, etc. If there is an issue with a functional item during the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace it.

6. In case of a delivery delay caused by the carrier, we will file an insurance claim upon the customer's request. If the item arrives damaged, we may require a signed affidavit stating that fact to collect on the insurance claim. The customer should not request a refund before the claim is resolved.

7. We do not accept returns for several reasons. Firstly, we guarantee the authenticity of our merchandise and believe that our reasonable prices will ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, processing returns requires time and creates unnecessary overhead expenses. Either we are responsible for return shipping costs or our beloved customers. However, in certain cases, we will look into it on a case-by-case basis.
