The Alto-Shaam 500-3D three drawer warmer features the Halo Heat system to provide a gentle, radiant heat source for your food. Products held in an Alto-Shaam drawer warmer remain moist, flavorful, and appealing for longer thanks to the Halo heat system!
This three drawer warmer features a special angled thermostat knob and indicator light that's less susceptible to damage and unintentional disruption. The warmer's thermostat adjusts from 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit for optimal results no matter what you are holding. A holding temperature gauge permits easy monitoring of inside air temperature.
The Alto-Shaam 500-3D triple drawer warmer features a durable 20 gauge stainless steel exterior with a removable 16 gauge stainless steel drawer rail support in each drawer. Three 12" x 20" x 6" full size food pans are included. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.

Shipping:
Shipping is a Flat Rate on this item to a Commercial address. If you will need any special delivery requirements including a Residential delivery, liftgate or prior notice before delivery, please let us know immediately upon purchase so we can get that arranged. If you want to pick it up yourself, just let us know and we will re-invoice you without the shipping. Once payment is received your item will usually ship within 1-2 business days to allow for Palletizing.
*IMPORTANT*
It is your responsibility to inspect all shipments for damage BEFORE YOU SIGN for the shipment. If the item has minor damage, you need to document the damage with photos and notes on the delivery receipt. If the damage is substantial - refuse the shipment! DO NOT SIGN for the item - Take plenty of photos and alert us immediately. We generally insure the shipment for the value of the item, but it is VERY IMPORTANT that you understand we are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. It is your responsibility to handle any freight damage claims through the shipping company.
Returns: Our number one goal is to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases so they will come back next time. But we simply cannot accept returns on items shipped via Freight, or after they have been picked up from our facility, due to the many factors out of our control. We test everything (unless otherwise explained in the description) before it is listed and usually again before it leaves our warehouse. Transportation can be very hard on used items and occasionally an issue will crop up during transport that is actually no one's fault. If it is something that we can easily help you with, we will, but we are not responsible for accepting a return of the item. And in no case are we responsible for the return shipping of the item. If you would like to pick up the item at our showroom, we will gladly test it for you before you leave with it.
