1x 25mm Tungsten Carbide scraping insert, diamond lapped to a sub micron mirror finish.

Comes precut with 120mm and 90mm radii, with two flat sides. These can be reground to smaller radii for finer finishing. The carbide grade has been selected to provide a long lasting edge while maintaining some toughness to prevent crack formation, and the lapped faces ensure excellent edge quality.

Interchangeable with Sanvik/Tungaloy inserts (Sanvik 620-2520)

Please note for this batch, the edges will need to be sharpened to a -5 degree angle before use. They come with a neutral grind, which is not optimal edge geometry for scraping cast iron.
