DESCRIPTION: Here is vintage (1930's era is my guess), license plate topper / bumper attachment.  It is embossed metal in orange with black letters .... LUCKNOW.   I have yet to know what it means for sure.  I found no other examples.  There is a Lucknow in Ontario Canada and in India and some US states have small town with that name.  Or was there a 1930's Depression era feeling of people needing some "LUCK NOW'?.
