Versatile ANNUAL grain growing to 100cm tall used as a forage crop or stock feed, green manure, mulch provider, grown for wheat grass, ground for flour and cooked as a whole grain for soups & stews.  Sow Depth 12mm in SPRING & AUTUMN. Germination 3-7 days @ 12-25°C. FULL SUN, moist well-drained soil. Maturity 120 days.

IN THE SPROUTING JAR: add 1.5 TBSP to 500 ML jar with a 12 hour soak time.
