Two soft plush ornaments.  Folk art Country style.  Very cute.  Snowman and Santa Claus.  Santa has great yarn beard.  Snowman is missing berries or a flower on hat.  Would be a very easy fix, glue a few red beads or a tiny poinsettia in that spot. Snowman scarf has been stiffened to keep sha0e, but is softer at end

Snowman is about 12 inches long from top of hat to bottom of scarf.  It is about 4 inches wide across the front

Santa is about 7.5 inches long and 8 inches wide at its widest point.
