1.Dip the heart rate band with a small amount of water before wearing it

2.Install the host monitor to the button of the chest strap,notice the left and right positions.

3.Adjust the length of the chest strap so that it is comfortable and fits the chest.

4.Make sure the electrode is close to the skin and the monitor is centrally located.
