We operate two warehouses in Canada (ON and BC). Orders are shipped from the closest warehouse based on inventory and customer location.
Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Weekend orders will be shipped by Monday.
Usually delivery time is 1–5 business days. Please be patient in case of delivery delays.

Items can be returned within 30 days for any reason.
Generally, if it is a problem with the quality of the product, we will cover the return shipping cost, but the customer needs to provide a photo of the product, the outer box of the product and all the labels on the outer packaging of the product, and we need to apply for a return label from the company.
We only accept returns in the original packaging or in cartons without watermarks and without any missing parts.
In the case of multi-parcel returns, you will also need to send the products back in 2/3/4 separate parcels.
If any of the above terms are violated, the warehouse may not be able to recognise it, resulting in a delayed refund.
