This square dish is made by Matsui Kosei (松井康成), a master craftsman certified as a living national treasure for his advanced nerikomi techniques. The dish has a lovely impression with its soft chequered pattern.

Shipping Policy

We generally ship items by EMS or International Small Packet; only some items for which EMS is not available will be shipped by DHL. Items will be packed securely and shipped within 3 days after payment. (our business days are from Monday to Friday, Japan time). In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship within 3 days, we will contact you immediately. The shipping company will compensate for damages or loss during delivery. For high-value items that exceed the amount of coverage provided with the shipping service, we will bear the additional insurance premiums for full coverage. If there is a delivery delay, we will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible by contacting the shipping company, but please note that we do not accept free shipping returns and refunds due to delays.

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, except in the unlikely event that we faulted in the product description. Refunds will be processed within one week of receipt of the item, provided that the returned item is in the same condition as when shipped by us. Please note that in principle, (partial) refunds without returns will not be accepted.
