Quantum Q6 Edge power mobility chair.  Tilt back, tilt seat, leg tilt with extension.  Adjustable headrest.  Approximately 25" wide and 33" long.  It rotates within its own wheelbase except for the leg extensions so it can turn in most residential interior hallways, etc.  Chair can be controlled from the joystick and screen on the armrest or from a second joystick controlled by an attendant behind the chair.  Chair has been used primarily indoors.  Has raisable armrests to ease transitions into and out of the seat.  Front joystick and screen pivot to make access more convenient.  Chair is fitted with a Jay Fusion foam and gel seat.  Seat is on very good condition...no stains, no odors, etc.  Charger included.  Batteries hold charge, but uncertain how long a charge will last.  Batteries are dead and will not hold any charge.  Replacement batteries were readily available for ~$375 last year.
