 We strongly advise opening the mattress within 7 days of delivery, as it is vacuum packed.

Aftercare

We recommend that you turn your mattress 180 degrees (...not flip) once a month for 3 months and every 3-6 months for the lifespan of the mattress, this product is folded and rolled. Once unpackaged, please leave for 72 hours to expand and settle

Fresh foam may release a chemical scent on opening, this is a normal part of production, it’s completely safe and will disappear once the mattress is aired.

Delivery is Fast and Free*

We use a national carrier for quick deliveries throughout the United Kingdom; our couriers will deliver between the hours of 7 am to 9 pm.

• Please note, delivery dates are subject to availability based on your location.
• Unfortunately, delivery times cannot be chosen - they are based on delivery routes. Please note we do not supply guaranteed delivery times, only estimates. Any delivery changes must be made within 48 hours before delivery is scheduled.
• Deliveries are made to the communal door of your property and couriers are not authorized to take items any further.
• Upon accepting your order, you are confirming you have received it in good condition.
• We do not offer weekend deliveries.

* Please note free delivery is only available to "Mainland UK Only". Following post codes do not qualify for free delivery: DD, DG, FK, TD, TR, PA, PH, PO, IV, KW, KY.

We DO NOT offer delivery to any Off-Shore Islands, this includes Northern Ireland, Jersey, Channel Islands etc.
