Summary

  This series of controllers is a dual power switching controller, which has programmable function, automatic measurement and control, LCD display of dual power intelligent switching module.

  This controller uses 3.5 inch 240*128 large screen high resolution LCD display, a completely new and original UI design.Controller built-in Simplified Chinese, English and other display interfaces can be selected, and language interface can be customized according to customer requirements. All parameters of the controller can be adjusted by keys on the controller panel, or adjusted and monitored by PC through USB port or RS485 interface. It can be widely used in various types of power systems.

 

The ATS520 series has four models:

  ATS520: Dual power intelligent switching module;

  ATS520I: On the basis of ATS520, the electric energy measurement function is added.

  ATS520R: RS485 port is added on the basis of ATS520.

  ATS520IR: On the basis of ATS520, power measurement and RS485 port are added.

 

Main Features

  32 units Micro-procession technology is used.

  3.5-inch 240*128 large screen high resolution liquid crystal display, with Chinese and English switchable, customized language according to customer needs; 

  Acrylic material is adapted to protect the screen.

  With USB interface, the parameters can be set through USB interface to monitor real-time, and the parameters can be set when the controller does not turn on the power supply.

  With RS485 communication port, can achieve “Three Remote” functions via MODBUS protocol.

  S1/S2 has independent over-current warning function and trip warning function.

  Detect and display power generation, municipal power, phase and other parameters;

  S1/S2 accumulative active power, accumulative reactive power and accumulative closing times are displayed.

  Automatic/manual state switching. In manual mode, the switch can be forced to close/open.

  Two generators can be controlled to realize cycle operation, main operation and balanced time operation.

  Adapt to 3P4W,3P3W,1P2W,2P3W(120V/240V,50/60HZ)

  Input and output port status display;

  Real time clock inside: preset time operate and auto maintenance is available. Genset working plan can be set as per week or month.

  Records function: relative faults shall be recorded in real time.

  With 8 relay output (including 2 channels of fixed functions, 6 channels of functions can be configured), a variety of functions are optional;

  6-way switch input (2-way function fixed,4-way function can be configured) and many functions are optional;

  Control Protection:to realize automatic ATS switching and complete fault display and protection of the generator set;

  Standard water-proof rubber gasket. The waterproof can reach IP65.

  Module design: All the connections are adapted with European connectors so that installation, connection, repair and replacement can be more easily.
