• We understand breakdowns happen anytime, so in an emergency please contact us to arrange immediate shipment (packaging and handling fees may apply outside of business hours).
• Any quantitative discrepancies, errors and damage during transport, as well as defective products received, must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
• In the event that the product received is defective or not in accordance with the specification, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund (subject to availability).
• All used parts are tested and cleaned prior to dispatch (unless otherwise stated).

Warranty:

• D2H Trading Ltd is not an authorized distributor/reseller or affiliate for the Manufacturer of this product, therefore the original Manufacturer’s warranty does not apply.
• We offer 3 months warranty on all reconditioned and new parts (unless otherwise stated).

Shipping:

• We offer a flat rate worldwide, however shipping to remote areas and some zip codes may incur an additional cost. If you are unsure, please contact me before purchasing.
• In the case of significantly higher than standard shipping costs, we reserve the right to cancel the order if the buyer has paid without waiting for a quote.
• After prior arrangement, the customer can arrange the collection of the goods on his own.
• Certain countries may incur import duties and taxes. The Purchaser/Importer of the goods is responsible for import and customs clearance.
• D2H Trading Ltd shall have no liability for late deliveries, where the goods are delivered after the advised delivery date, where the reason for late delivery is out of D2H Trading control, such a carrier fault or customs clearance delay.
• In case the Customer fails to take delivery (failing to sign for delivery, provide instructions or documents or any other reason) D2H Trading shall be entitled to bill the buyer for any costs and expenses including redelivery charges, return costs and restocking fee that may occur.

Returns:

• We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• To get a full refund for your item, the item must be returned in the same condition and amount as when it was received (e.g. new sealed items must still be sealed).
• If the returned item has not been used in accordance with the product specification, is burnt, damaged or missing parts, or is damaged during the return delivery because it has not been properly packaged, the buyer will receive a partial or no refund (subject to prior agreement with the buyer).
• It is the customer's responsibility to send the item properly protected during transport.
• The original packaging is a significant part of the value of the item and is crucial for us to be able to sell it to another customer, therefore please do not put any tape, parcel labels or other material directly on the original packaging.
