This is a rare issue in this near mint condition. I had decided as a ebay store owner not to use CGC as a grader for my collection at first. I had at first used my expertise along with 2 other local graders for a 9.4 I have 2 identical comics and I did receive a grade of a rare 9.4. Up for auction is one of those comics as I will keep a graded one for my son. I will include some guide lines later in the auction.
This book along with many others were purchased by my father for his barbershop children customers. He bought 4 and put one issue out. The issues I have were stored flat and never were opened except for myself to grade. As you can see from the photos the condition of this first complete book length novel issue. I took many actual photos not scans to show the original gloss on the cover and incredible condition. This book will be sent with full insurance coverage and in a hard mylar cover.
