Product Information & Personalisation
To personalise your item, please add the name, age, and any message required in the personalisation box provided before checkout. Failing to do this may delay the dispatch of your item. If you forget to add the details at checkout, you can send us a message afterwards with the required information.

Delivery Information
Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 2nd Class with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 working days. You can upgrade to Tracked 24 at checkout for faster delivery within 3 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday. Delivery estimates are provided by the couriers and are not always accurate. As items are personalised and made to order, they are non-refundable due to delays caused by couriers.

Cake Toppers
Cake toppers are approximately 6 inches (15 cm) wide. They are made from a high-quality print attached to mirror card stock and are supplied with a food-safe stick and a self-adhesive strip for easy assembly. These toppers are non-edible and for decoration only.

Badges
Badges measure just under 3 inches in size. They are made from a high-quality laminated print with a plastic back and pin attachment. Please note they are not suitable for babies, and young children should be supervised whilst wearing them.

Stickers
Stickers are approximately 2 inches in size. They are made from gloss sticker paper, kiss cut for easy peeling, and sold in sets of 24.

Dispatch Times
All orders placed Monday to Friday are posted within 24 hours. All weekend orders will be prepared and posted on the next available posting date, which is Monday, with the exception of Bank Holidays.

Custom Orders
Custom designs are welcome for all products offered. You can choose your character, colour scheme, and wording to create your own unique design tailored to your occasion.
