William Franklin Butler (born March 12, 1947) is a former MLB PITCHER who played for seven seasons. A LEFT-HANDER, he pitched for the ROYALS, INDIANS, TWINS.

Butler's best MLB season was his ROOKIE 1969 campaign, in which he finished in the top ten in K'S (156), strikeouts per nine INNINGS (7.25), and SHUTOUTS (4) in the AL.
