• This is a 4 button 5 pin switch model SMT-S40201R replacement, designed for the left side facing of your chair

• The switch has 4 buttons that control the up and down movement of the chair

• It manages both the power headrest and power backrest features of your chair

• If your original switch has the same model number, it will be a perfect replacement

• Please note: The front cover of the switch is difficult to remove once it is locked. The switch is easy to install and comes packaged with screws and front cover
