Very cool vintage 1931 chrome / metal toilet paper holder by Scott Paper Co.   Art Deco in style, this is in really nice vintage condition.  Chrome is still nice and shiny for the most part, however there is a bit of pitting to the chrome.     When you press the small button, one side moves out a bit so you change the roller.   Measures 2.5" x a bit over 6" at the back mounting plate.   It protrudes about 4.5" when installed.
