Buyer Responsibility

• Read the Listing: Buyers are responsible for reading the listing and understanding the condition of the item.

Questions and Offers

• Before Asking Questions: Please review the information below. Many common questions are answered here.
• Offers: Please do not send offers or negotiate prices on Buy It Now or Auction format listings. They will not be accepted. We will only consider offers on listings marked as Best Offer.

Order Quantity

• Verify Quantity: Double-check your order quantity before making a purchase to avoid mistakes.

Order Cancellations

• Cancellation Requests: If you request to cancel an order due to incorrect quantity or accidental purchase, we will cancel it as long as the warehouse team hasn?t printed the shipping label. If the label is printed, eBay will automatically close the cancellation request and the item will ship. If you still don?t want the item when it arrives, you?ll need to return it at your own expense for a refund.

Customer Support and Business Hours

• Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be shipped on the next business day. 
• Customer Support: Most questions are answered within 1 hour during business hours. Communication outside of business hours may take longer.
• Negative Feedback: Please contact us first if you have any issues before leaving negative feedback. We aim to resolve all problems quickly and to your satisfaction.

Shipping and Handling

• Standard Shipping: We use USPS Ground Advantage for standard free shipping, which typically takes 2-5 business days.
• Alternative Shipping: FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, and expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail are available at an additional cost.
• International Shipping: Done through eBay?s International Shipping Program. We ship to eBay?s facility, and they handle the rest. We do not manage international shipping ourselves.
• Local Pickup: We do not offer local pickup on any items.
• Handling Time: Our handling time is 1 business day. If an item is purchased on a Friday and the courier has already picked up our packages for the day, there may not be a tracking update until the following business day.
• No Packing Lists: We do not include packing lists or packing slips with our shipments.

Tracking and Delivery Issues

• Tracking Information: We primarily use Sendle for deliveries, which partners with USPS for final delivery. The tracking number provided to eBay is through Sendle, but a USPS tracking number is available upon request. Other carriers may be used in some cases.
• Package Marked as Delivered: If your package is marked as ?delivered? but you cannot find it, consider these possibilities: It may have been signed for by someone else (e.g., family, friend, neighbor), it could be with a third-party agent, especially in rural areas, it might have been scanned as delivered by mistake and is still in transit. Please wait for an additional tracking scan. If your package was marked as ?delivered? without a signature, it may have been left in a safe place on your property due to Sendle?s ?Authority To Leave? policy.

Return and Refund Policies

• Return Policy for New Items: We offer free 30-day returns for money back or exchanges, and we cover the return shipping.
• Return Policy for ?No Returns Accepted? Items: We only accept these returns if the item can be proven to be faulty or not as described in the listing, and the buyer has already taken documented steps through eBay messages to remedy the issue or prove that we are at fault.
• Returns Process: If an item is faulty, we will first try to troubleshoot the issue with you. If the problem persists, we will ask you to open a return request through eBay. We?ll cover the return shipping. After inspection, if we confirm the reported issues, we will issue a full refund. If an item is listed as ?No Returns Accepted? and is returned as not working but is actually functional, a restocking fee of 15% of the item?s value will apply. 
• eBay?s Money Back Guarantee: If the product you receive doesn?t match the item description or is completely different, you can request a return even if the listing typically doesn?t accept returns. We will cover the return shipping in such cases.

Fraud Prevention

• Buyer Screening: We carefully review buyer feedback and history to prevent fraudulent activities.
• Clear Terms: All terms and conditions are clearly communicated to protect against fraud.
• Reporting Suspicious Activity: Any suspicious activity will be reported to eBay.
• Abuse of Returns: Buyers who abuse return policies on listings marked as ?No Returns Accepted? or who deliberately damage items to receive a return will be reported to eBay and may be banned from future purchases.

Billing and Payment Issues

• Billing and Payment: Ensure all billing details are correct and report any discrepancies immediately. If billing information is incorrect, contact us immediately to resolve the issue. Keep a record of all communications regarding billing issues for efficient resolution.
• Incorrect Shipping Information: If you notice incorrect shipping information, contact us immediately. We will attempt to correct it before the item is shipped. If the item has already been shipped, you will need to contact the carrier to rectify the address issue.
